An Adirondack Woof Stock: Great success with more people than last year! Huge thanks to Town of Chester for both financial support and all the help the Town and NWCS give us with set up, clean up etc. Also thanks to the many volunteers who help make this happen, and also a shout out to Mother Nature, who ultimately has a huge role in the success of these events!
Town Banners are up and looking great! If you missed the deadline and still want one (they’ll be used for +/-4 years!) contact Paul at Garnet signs and make arrangements with the town for them to put them up.
Carol Theatre: New pamphlets (designed by Nancy Austin) are out with this season’s performances. Al is applying for a grant from the Adirondack Foundation for new sound & lighting equipment, sponsored by the Helpers Fund.
North Creek Car Hops: Every 2nd & 4th Thursday. Farmer’s Market in North Creek from 2PM – 6PM on the Riverfront.
TLBA Scholarship Application: Only two applicants applied for this $500 Scholarship and both had great interviews and essays. It’s a shame more students don’t apply for these to help with college costs or other expenses after graduation.
Chamber News: Economic Committee Meetings are in full swing – Contact the Chamber for more info or to get on a committee so they hear your input! http://www.northwarren.com.
