Farmers Market is going well.
Car Hop, tonight at the Hub – last week it was rained out.
Carol Theater – next concert is the benefit for the TLBA on August 17 with the Big Band/North Country Jazz Project. 7PM Tickets are still available.
Al mentioned there may be an opportunity for local theaters to pool their resources – Indian Lake, Schroon, Hudson Falls, Chestertown. Also, take a look at the acts that are performing at the NYS Fair in Syracuse.
Rum Runner weekend is September 14-15. Meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 23 @ 5pm at the P’House. Anyone interested in participating please feel welcome. Linda M is going to speak with Nancy Tennyson at the Historical Society/Museum to see if she or others could speak during the weekend about the ‘old days’ in Chestertown – possibly Thursday evening at the Carol.
