Woofstock- June 8 & 9

• Attendance more than last year- a lot of people from out of town/state (Mass., Vermont, New Hampshire, Virginia, Texas, etc.
• Woofstock was on channel 10 news leading up to the weekend.
• Volunteers were awesome and the Town of Chester as well as the school were a huge help.
• Woofstock Revisited on the Mill pond- well attended, had steady music all night long. Donny brought over peace signs, sunglasses, and other trinkets that were a huge hit!

Carol Theatre-

• Day for the Rotary at The Oldies Show- July 20th
• First show will be July 13 @ 7:30- The Resolutions
• Need some volunteers to help out with 50/50 (~4 people) and pass out playbills
• Gypsy Swing Ensemble-Friday, July 26 @ 7:30pm
• Beatles Tribute Band- Saturday, August 10 @ 7:30pm
• Beatles after the Band- Saturday, August 17 @ 7:30pm
• The Tumblin’ Dice- Friday, August 30 @ 7:30pm

Farmer’s Market– starting June 12th

• Opening day was a huge success! OVer 500 people!
• Signs and posters are out!
• A lot of food vendors this year- fish fry, BBQ, Full Cofrd Pizza, Gluten free items, the produce is a little behind this year due to weather.
• This is a great social event for the community

Name Change Committee

• 5013C has been filed and filled out and will go through the tax process. By laws have been sent out

 YMCA Update

• Summer camp is approaching- 8 week camp at the Chester town hall
• The wellness center is growing in memberships everyday- 168 memberships sold and 220 total members

 Rotary

• Gave three $1,000 scholarships to the North Warren School. Conducted interviews to the applicants.
• Join the Rotary at the Carol Theatre on July 20 for the Oldies Show for Rotary Night.

Chamber update

• Had a quick bump in the road with Fireworks.
• SummerFest is July 6 @ Chester Town Hall 4pm-Dusk!

Town of Horicon

• Food Truck Fridays on the Mill Pond – starting June 28
• There will be music and food!

 Car Hops– First and third Friday of every month!

• July 5- The Hub
• July 19- Panther Mountain Inn
• August 2 & 16- Open to anyone
• HOST A CAR HOP! It brings cars to your business. There will be a 50/50. Gives all the local businesses the opportunity to host a car hop!

Hudson Headwater 5K- Sunday, July 28!
