Horicon Supervisor Report: Matt Simpson reported that the bridge is owned by the County. Borings have been done on the abutments with a plan to drop in place a pre-manufactured piece. This will depend on how the boring tests come through. Plan B – will be to make it into a bike/pedestrian crossing to promote walks around the mill pond. The Town owns the dam.
