Congratulations to Donnie Butler!!!!! Don Butler and Brant Lake Boys Camp were voted VIP for the North Warren Chamber for 2016! Well deserved Donnie!!!! Dinner will be held May 12th at Jimbo’s on the Point – Cash bar, followed by dinner. Please call the North Warren Chamber of Commerce between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (494- 2722) Fridays and Saturdays to register, or at other times to leave a message. Reservations should be made by May 5. Cost is $30 including tax and gratuity with check to be paid to North Warren Chamber of Commerce. No cash entries at door.
Brew Fest: Fund raiser for the TLBA to be held May 6th at the Panther Mt. Pub from 6-9PM. Committee: Don butler, KeithWilkinson, Dave & Monica Herrington.
“Fork to Fork”: cycling event to be held on week-end of May 21. A 55-mile culinary tour of the North Country circling three scenic lakes and traveling through picturesque Adirondack hamlets. Travels from The Hub in Brant Lake and circles Schroon Lake. Stops are planned at several restaurants so riders can sample their offerings free of charge – restaurants including the Adirondack General Store, Black Bear Restaurant, The Bullhouse, OP Fredericks, Panther Mtn. Inn, Flanagan’s Pub & Grill, Sticks & Stones, Cafe Adirondack, The Main Street Ice Cream Parlor, Suzie Q’s, The Crossroads, Paradox Brewery, The Odd Duck, and the ice cream stand at Stone Bridge & Caves. The ride concludes with a tap-takeover from Paradox Brewery at The Hub.$40 entry fee if preregistered; $50 if signed up the day of the event.

Rack Cards: Almost finished – 10,000 cards will be purchased to distribute to area businesses showing dates for all of the 2016 events of the TLBA, North Warren Chamber and other non-profit events.
Dual Thank You Mixer: to be held on Sunday, April 24, 2-4 p.m. at The Bullhouse Restaurant as a Thank You to those who donated to the cost of the Electronic Bulletin Board. Great appetizers and Cash Bar.
Electronic Bulletin Board – Up and running – call the Chamber to get your event posted. Event has to be sponsored by a non-profit organization and must be in the NW School District.
An Adirondack Woof Stock: A weekend of Peace, Paws & Music! June 18-19. Again this year we have the Hudson Valley Dock Dogs http://www.hudsonvalleydockdogs.com , Beantown Disc Dogs https://www.facebook.com/BeantownDiscDogs and Doggie Fun Zone http://doggiefunzone.com/ (agility & lure chasing – coming up from Florida!), as well as North Shore Animal League attending, lots of vendors, food & live music all day, both days, and Woodstock Revisited on the Mill Pond in Brant Lake on Saturday night with live music, light show, vendors, food, and glow in the dark beach balls and Frisbees in the pond. Great fun for the whole family and your canine companions! It’s all about the dogs!!!!!
Carol Theatre: About 7 performances are all ready planned and volunteers are needed to help sell raffle tickets during the shows. Anyone willing to help out for a night can contact Al Tolomeo ([email protected]) or Linda Muench ([email protected])
